The session could have been split into two

The session could have been split into two. Like 2 sessions of 2.5 hours in a day or 2 days class of each 2/2.5 hrs. It's not possible for new moms or family people to sit for 4/5 hours straight. Though you share the video recording, live sessions are always better. Otherwise, the session was good and detailed
