I got out of a marriage of 6 years and was trying to co -parent with him. But as the time is moving on, I am discovering a very vindictive and ugly side of him.

Also I have always been self questioning myself and my beliefwhen on the outside he seemed to come across as a happy go lucky person who dots on his son. But it's me who knows the reality. It was only at @narabusecoach that I started discovering and learning the patterns of a narssisst which my ex definitely is. It's helping me to put the fragments of my life together and back and helping me to seek the mulyself with empathy.
