The moment I knew that I was not crazy or needed help ,was when I could put a name to it all. Danish,You have helped me put that name on it. The focus of all the chaos was to make it about me. The therapists that I saw did not give the feedback and enlightenment you have, for me. Everyone’s story is different. The one thing that I feel we all have in common as abused Narc survivors is the mission. Narcissists want to dismantle your thinking and perception of their evil. If possible destruction on who you are. When I started listening to you and taking your advice it felt different. There was a realization. God has been my cornerstone. We are working on my soul/spirit everyday. If I had not gotten healing from him I may have not ever met you. I think we all in our way can be a blessing to each other. Please continue helping others.
