I am free physically to a narcissist but my mind still fighting from what next he is planning to me

Before I dont have the idea that there is an NPD. The time I left the man who ruined my life I dont think I can still survive because no once there for me. Then I saw the video of Danish , i keep following his video then i realize for almost a year I lost myself already.

I join the seminar with Danish it really helps a lot and now I understand why I stuck with my narcissistic ex.
