Narc abuse is very underrated

Being a victim and being with this person has had a lot of impact on my mental health. I have had countless nights sleep deprived thinking why this person said this , behaved like this, etc etc i would try to mend my ways as well as try bonding with her. But whatever id do it would not be enough and the narc would make me argue with her over petty things. This person made small unnecessary things into hours of drama , heights of abuse and always played a victim. She even isolated me from EVERYONE from the house. Her children are also Narcs like her. So one day after 8 years of mental abuse, it turned to physical abuse. (Shes jerked me several times over n over the years but blamed me for it as always.)She hit me ,headbutted me, even tried to choke me. All she denied sayimg shes in wudhu and its maghrib time. She brainwashed evryone in the house also told them that im blaming her that they should put a camera and record everythng that i was a liar that i dint have gods fear in me for lying. I cried so much to her delight. But after this i stood my ground and gladly accepted defeat and removed ebryonr from my all my social media accounts , her kids started blocking me so i blocked them too. Gladly. Danish bashir really helps through his reels. It gives me strength and makes me understand why it is not worthy of fighting back. Replying to all, trying to defend myslf from baseless accusations. I accpt that i live with ppl who are not mentally well. That fighting with lions will only kill me. So i am trying to make time swim n not drown in it. hoping one day they will get wat they deserve. From gods own hands. My peace is my responsibility. Danish sir you are doing a wonderful job. ❤ i have gone through different narc abuse coaches. But none have the deepness and thorough understanding of narcissism like u. Jazak Allah khair .
