I felt instantly seen, heard, and validated when I shared my experience with Danish. He reminded me of my value and encouraged me to remind myself of it through the healing technique he showed me. The most important part of my session for me was when he told me that the horrific abuse I suffered was not my fault. He helped me find the freedom to forgive myself for being deceived by helping me realize that another person's choice to lie and manipulate me was completely outside of my control.
