I am new to awareness of what a true narcissist actually is

I am new to awareness of what a true narcissist actually is. I have also been severely abused by my ex, of 11 years and am desperately trying to piece myself back together. Writing this review makes me fearful of consequences, but seeing you videos has given me hope.
