Danish, thank you for a wonderful workshop

Danish, thank you for a wonderful workshop. For the last few days I've thought about everything I heard and even had flashbacks of being raised, as an only child, by a narcissist mother, who is now 83. My mother is a manipulative, mean old lady, not to mention, a hoarder and a alcoholic, All my life I've tried to please her and she's always hated me and she physically abuse me in my teens, but "no more". Now, because of this workshop, I can see clearly who she is and what I need to Do to set myself Free!! Thank you for showing me that at 61, I can begin this healing process and it's never too late to break the "shackles that bind." I'm forever Grateful!!
