Even though we know that narcissistic abuse is very prevalent, hearing someone from a different country and a different time zone relate the exact same experiences that I’ve endured my entire life was very validating. I cannot express how much this workshop meant to me. It helped open my eyes as to how this all happened and I’m more validated than ever and I appreciate Danish Bashir so much. In the world today, they’re not very many people that are willing to recognize this situation and distance themselves. Danish has my exact same journey with his family of origin with similar events as the ones that I’ve suffered as I’ve said from a whole entire different country just has given me something that I really can’t describe.
