I came to Danish because his videos were the most educational and real than i had seen before. When I joined the seminar, I was dealing with trying to exit a narc, and I did not know how to recover. The timing was impeccable. His techniques work well to settle my nervous system and eventually when faced with the flying monkeys bully tactic, I was in a more informed space. I handled it with kindness and grace, Alhamdullillah. The smear campaign is pretty gruesome based on the patterns I am seeing, but Danish gives me healing through the downright truth in his videos. I am still grieving, but his acceptance gives me hope. Thank you Danish. I am the scapegoat daughter of a narcissistic mother.
