So I have watched many other narcissist videos online & you stood out to me. Not generic advice but very precise which made me laser focused on your videos.

The number 1 takeaway for me this morning was when you said feeling uncomfortable & uneasy will not be part of my lifestyle. This clicked for me as I am fit & don't eat carbs, etc but it totally made sense & I will use it going forward. I am at the end of the phase 3 as I have worked on myself since the breakup in early January. I have grown immensely & am so thankful to God along with you who I believe God speaks through to give me the tools & discernment I need. It was a great seminar & very considerate of you to extend an extra hour. That says a lot.
