The insight Danish taught was invaluable to my healing. I really needed to hear that ideally there should be no contact with both of my narcissistic parents. This erased my guilt over pulling away. I am the only one in my family that escaped becoming a narcissist, and hearing why was important for me to hear. Also hearing how Danish dealt with both his parents helped me understand I’m not alone and can heal like he has when I do the work. A huge heartfelt thank you Danish❣️
