At 52 years old, it's unbelievable to me that this is not talked about more. I have always been in Cognitive Dissonance. I started following you on TT, then YouTube and your story made it easy to choose your courses. You describe my life perfectly through your stories. I love how much info you cover and leave me with no further questions on how to handle my toxic family. Now just to heal my inner child. Thank you so much, you really have changed my life. Wish I had found you sooner.
