I'M WRITING HERE MY EXPERIENCE OF ATTENDING THE SEMINAR

Anonymous · · Verified

Before joining the seminar, I was quite unsure whether I should attend it or not. I didn’t know that seminar recordings was gonna be made available to us .

At first, I disliked the idea of joining the community as I felt that since we are already dealing with wounds in our lives, seeing other people’s hurtful emotionally heavy experiences might make everything feel even heavier &emotionally uncomfortable.

Surprisingly, after I actually joined the seminar, my experience turned out to be drastically different from what I had expected .

Instead of feeling more burdened, I slowly started feeling less alone. I realized that many people are going through similar or even more intense situations, and that created a sense of connection, understanding, and emotional safety rather than feeling stuck or isolated .

It's only due to the seminar I got to know the importance of the nervous system regulation and how it plays a major role in trauma responses. I also learned that even after survivors escape narcissistic abusive environments, they may still find themselves repeating patterns, attracting similar people, or ending up in familiar emotional environments due to survival-based conditioning and trauma responses.

This gave me a completely new perspective on why certain cycles repeat in life. This was something about which I never knew before. It felt like one of the most important core realizations for me, something I might not have even come to understand this if I hadn’t attended the seminar.

During the seminar, I also gained an important understanding that many of my personality flaws were actually survival responses developed over time. This shifted the way I see myself and made me stop doubting myself & feel confident .

The seminar wasn't just theoretical it also had practical part too it is what I felt as the most impactful parts of the seminar , the

self-assessment test conducted over the three days. It helped me reflect deeply and understand my own patterns, emotional responses, and internal reactions in a way I had never done before.

I also felt a strong sense of inclusion within the community. Even in a large group, there was a feeling of being seen, acknowledged, and understood, where I could simply be myself without pressure or performance.

Despite being a large group of (more than 3k+) participants, Danish Bhaiya was personally responding to people one by one in a very personalized way prioritizing each person individually. It never felt like copy-paste replies; it felt like each person’s message was actually read, understood, and responded to with attention and care. That made the experience feel very seen, included, & FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE .

Overall, this experience gave me a new perspective on myself It not only provided knowledge, but also emotional clarity and awareness that I truly value.

I feel genuinely grateful and privileged to have been part of this experience. It would have felt like a real loss if I had missed this opportunity.
