Before fully understanding that the person I was dealing with was a narcissist, I had started my soul searching and understanding my attachment style by following someone else's podcast. I will also give the name of it : "Let's Get Vulnerable". Yes, I learned a lot from that experience too, but the general feeling the host gives is abusing your pain for the sake of making money. Also her current style to teach people how real love feels is pretty funny. She is sharing flowers her boyfriend gives as a good example but not reacting with any empathy to the audience since they are in pain of not finding the right person. In that sense, this workshop made me feel super safe with a lot of empathy coming from Daniah.
