I attended all 3 days and watched replay of bonus session, all were very useful. I learnt the 4 stages and techniques also. understood that knowing is not healing. I kept getting ugly thoughts because of 32 years of covert narcissist abuse and i was surprised when danish spoke about this. currently, i am too exhausted to take up this course, but thinking of joining when I am ready.
