I'm thankful most of the experience was not focused on the narcissist

I'm thankful most of the experience was not focused on the narcissist. I would recommend identifying in depth specific symptoms, traits that survivors experience. And helping them find solutions to overcome those obstacles. It was briefly touched on that work needs to be done internally (heart) rather than just cognitively, suggestions on those strategies would be beneficial. More self-regulating or self-soothing techniques. Survivors all seem to share the same experience with our bodies, collective strategies would be recommended to work through those obstacles. More hands on work.
