I have spent almost 5 years learning what happened to me in a relationship with a sadistic narcissist. In this workshop I understood most clearly the effects on my brain, body, and biochemistry. In my learning, I also became a certified grief coach. In this workshop I understood most clearly how my grief is complicated and disenfranchised.
